Market Comment
Ukrainian equities rallied Friday (Mar. 5), the UX index rose 4.12% reaching 1950 points on record high volumes. The PFTS index added slightly less than 3%. The best performers among blue chips were BAVL (+6.8%), ENMZ (+6.89%), CEEN (+5.86%) and AZST (+5.57%). The only stock to decline in the UX basket was FORM, closing 1.26% lower after a strong performance earlier. Second tier names also traded higher with a UX total volume of more than UAH 87 mln.

Real Estate: XXI Century sells three projects for $2 mln
Event: XXI Century (XXIC:LN), one of Ukraine's leading real estate development companies, announced the sale of its three non-core projects to a local developer for a total consideration of $2 mln. The transaction includes the Odessa logistics complex, the Vasylkiv logistics complex and the Kvadrat-Donetsk Leninskiy property.
